Quality & conscious choices
Our kitchen works with the seasons and local produce. Wherever possible, we choose local. For instance, the ham is smoked by our neighbour across the street and we make our own sauces and bases. Not because we have to, but because you taste it.
Classics get their own signature with us. Like our Under the Linden satay - the satay we are known for.
We deliberately choose tender pork tenderloin for its tender texture and full flavour. The meat is slow-cooked and served with our homemade sauce. For years, this dish has been a firm favourite that guests come back especially for. Recognisable comfort, with the level you would expect from a gastrobar.
Our vegetarian dishes are also on the menu with conviction. Like our homemade mustard soup, prepared with the same attention as the rest of our dishes.
