A good breakfast is the foundation for a great day. At Onder de Linden, we strive to offer our guests not only a tasty, but also a responsible start to the day. Since the refurbishment in 2020, our hotel has become increasingly busy, and with that growth comes greater responsibility for our impact on the planet.

Reducing mono-packaging

One of the steps we have taken is to reduce mono-packaging. Instead of individual containers for jam and butter, for example, we now use larger, reusable containers. This not only reduces waste, but also contributes to a more attractive and hygienic buffet.
