A team that knows, strengthens and trusts each other

In the kitchen, service, housekeeping, behind the bar or at reception - everywhere you will find people working with passion. No theatre, no tricks. Just real. We have fun, learn from each other, jump in where necessary. And yes, things get hectic sometimes. But we keep laughing. Because we do this together.

New colleagues are quickly absorbed into the team. Everyone belongs. Whether you're 17 or 67. There is room to grow, to learn, and above all to be yourself. You feel that - as an employee and as a guest.

Anton & Janet - the soul behind it all

And then there are two people at the base of it all: Anton and Janet. We are.

We both have our roots elsewhere, but found each other in the desire for a place with meaning. A place where people feel at home, but are also surprised. Where memories are created. And where atmosphere and stories come together - every day.

Anton is the face on the floor. Always busy, always involved. He knows the guests, jokes with the team, and keeps an overview in the meantime. A hospitality man in heart and soul.

Janet is the creative brain behind the scenes (and sometimes in front of it). With a love of atmosphere, details, stories and connection. She guards the soul of Under the Linden. Looks ahead. And writes - because that's what she likes best: capturing feelings in words.

We do it together

Under the Linden is not a 'business'. It is a living entity. A living room in the forest. A stage for connection. A place where everyone counts. Guests, team members, suppliers, neighbours. Together, we form the environment in which something beautiful can emerge. And we lay that foundation anew every day. With coffee, a listening ear, a good dish or just... a smile.
