Get Under the Linden at home
In order for Onder de Linden to keep up with the times, we have had to make some changes and not everything fits the new style anymore. That is why we are organising a BOELdag! On 19 March 2022, you will get the chance to take a piece of Onder de Linden into your home. We have collected the best memories of the hotel and restaurant, cleaned, polished and are ready to be given a new home.

The programme
The auction will be held at the Under the Linden Hall Centre. Online, the lots can only be viewed and preliminary bids can be made.
The auction starts at 14:00 and ends at 17:00. After the auction, there will be drinks in our restaurant.
To attend the auction, we ask you to register in advance using the registration form.
Of course, the auction will only go ahead if the corona measures in force at the time allow it. In the unlikely event that the auction cannot go ahead, we will let you know in good time.

- Plots can be viewed online or on request in exceptional cases
The auctioneer auctions by bidding and at the highest bid, the lot is knocked off under hammer by the auctioneer. The notary sees to the smooth running and records the number of the highest bidder. Note: On top of the bid price, there will be a surcharge of 20% surcharge. This 20% extra will be used for organisation. After deducting costs, VAT will be remitted by Onder de Linden on this 20%.
At the end of the BOELday, the knocked-down lots are easily settled directly by the highest bidder. This can be done either by pin or cash. The lot will be accepted in its current state. These are used objects and Onder de Linden cannot be held liable for any traces of use and/or defects. The lots will not be taken back.
