We go the extra mile every day to provide you, the guest, with the most pleasant and comfortable stay possible. An experience that will stay with you as a guest in a positive way. However, we take care of more than just our guests.

We take responsibility for the environmental and social impact of our business. In doing so, we try harder than the average company. For us, corporate social responsibility is serious business. We take it personally.

Thus, we constantly make conscious choices in finding a balance between people, planet and profit. We believe this process is as important as the destination.

With our sustainability programme, we organise our activities in such a way that the consumption of water, energy and raw materials is continuously reduced or made more sustainable. We are also committed to reducing the environmental impact of our activities. For example, we continuously work on making our procurement process more sustainable. This includes the purchase of certified fish, local products, 'green' office supplies and environmentally friendly cleaning agents. We ask our suppliers to actively contribute to this.

We communicate this policy to you as a guest, our employees and other stakeholders. In our hotel, eatery and function rooms, a group of committed employees, the 'Green Team', monitors this policy and makes adjustments where necessary.

As a recognised training company, we offer various internships or experience placements and in this way actively contribute to the development of our field. We are also committed to contributing to other (local) social issues.

The intention is to provide Onder de Linden Roden with a 'Green Key certificate'. This is an international sustainability hallmark for companies in the tourism and recreation industry. This means that, as a company, we are serious and verifiable about sustainability and thinking about the environment. In doing so, we therefore do more about environmental policy than the laws and regulations require of us.

In our cosy and attractively decorated Gastrobar and on our large sun terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks.

Spend the night in Drenthe at Onder de Linden. The cosy and atmospheric family hotel is perfect for an overnight stay or long weekend.

Parking

At the back of our own premises, we have a spacious car park where cars and bikes can be parked for free and safely.

Meeting

Under the Linden is the perfect meeting venue for business meetings with a nice atmosphere, central location and space for large groups.

Sustainability

With the Green Key Gold certificate in our pocket and a charging station for cars coming soon, we have sustainability high on our agenda.
