Gastrobar Roden is part of Onder de Linden Roden. A hotel, gastrobar and function room centre. The Gastrobar with large terrace is located in the centre of Roden on the Brink and works closely together with the indoor hotel and various function rooms.
Gastrobar Onder de Linden is a place where you can enjoy lunch, drinks and dinner. For our atmospheric Gastrobar, we are looking for an enthusiastic shiftleader. You will lead the serving team and work closely with the owner/director and kitchen. As shiftleader you support the daily management at all times and translate it to the operational team

Gastrobar Roden is located in the centre of Roden, a place where more and more tourists find their way. You serve to people from all over the Netherlands but also beyond! At weekends, we also welcome many regular guests. You are there to make sure everything in the Gastrobar runs smoothly. You work on the floor and also supervise, encourage and coach employees. Together with the team, you are responsible for good service, but also for the efficient staffing of the team. Your presence contributes to the good team spirit. At the end of the day, you are responsible for correctly completing the administration of the day worked.
