New menu from 1 April
RODEN - From Friday 1 April (and we are really not joking about this ;-)), Hotel Onder de Linden is using a new menu. From this date, guests can choose from a variety of (new) snacks and meals. Naturally, everything is prepared fresh every day and we dare (not literally, of course ;-)) to put our hand in the fire that our guests will - atmospherically - enjoy. Familiar, surprising and versatile.
New menu offers both tranquillity and excitement
In the Kop van Drenthe you will find Hotel Onder de Linden, and here you can get to know our new, mouth-watering menu from 1 April next. From XXL croquettes to a mild curry or Italian ball of pulled pork with teriyaki sauce. Or perhaps you would prefer house-marinated spare ribs so tender that the meat falls off the bone, or lasagne with a delicious béchamel sauce? Also, many a guest comes back for our mustard soup. Or settle down on our sun-drenched terrace and enjoy a steaming Irish coffee with daily fresh pastries. With us you will find, for our regulars already familiar key words, both tranquillity and bustle. Both physically and on our menu. That is Hotel Onder de Linden in Anton and Janets style.

With a clear vision, solid ambition and - how could it be otherwise - a good dose of northern sobriety, our new menu has been developed especially for you, our guest. Besides delicious lunches, dinners, appetisers and desserts, we have of course also thought of our little guests. How they will enjoy the most delicious poffertjes in Drenthe or, for example, a pancake baked exactly right. With ice cream on top, of course. With whipped cream.
