In the weekend of 14 and 15 December a Christmas market takes place almost at the doorstep of our hotel. The Roder Weihnachtsmarkt is a household word in Roden and the surrounding area. For two days, you can enjoy a beautiful Christmas market in front of the Catharinakerk with over 100 stalls, live music, street theatre and, of course, the tastiest snacks and drinks. Is it time to warm up again? Then settle down on our winter terrace or come and sit inside.
On the weekend of 13 to 15 December you can stroll along the quays of the Hoge and Lage der Aa in Groningen past all kinds of stalls city and marvel at the beautifully lit historic ships moored in the water.
