New menu
On 1 April, no joke, we revamped our menu. Not only has the layout changed, but we now have different menus for lunch, dinner and drinks. We also added some new dishes to the menu. For instance, there is even more choice for vegetarian guests, we have an extensive children's menu and, for meat lovers, we have added a delicious pork rib roast and sirloin steak. So dining at Onder de Linden remains surprising but always tasty.
New menu with a story
In our view, a menu is more than just a list of dishes to choose from. A menu is also a way of showing the guest what you actually stand for. At Onder de Linden, we feel very strongly about sustainability. Therefore, we felt it was important to reflect this clearly on the menus. Through a small regional map, you can see where many of our products come from and read the story behind it. That way, you enjoy your food even more.
Classics and newcomers
Once in a while, it is time to refresh the menu. Not only for the chefs, but also for the guests it is nice to try out something new. Of course, the real classics remain, because where else do you eat the most delicious mustard soup, schnitzels and spare ribs in Drenthe? But now you will also find a delicious Japanese miso soup on our menu, grilled halloumi and a finger-licking pork rib roast. Who knows, these dishes may soon also become true Onder de Linden classics.
