Internet
As our guest, you can use wireless internet (WiFi): Hotel Onder de Linden Guest. No password is required for WiFi. You can log in via Google, Facebook or by leaving your e-mail. Should you have any difficulties with this, you will find in the text below (second last line) the text "click here" to log in directly.
It is forbidden to surf to pornographic, anti-democratic websites or websites prohibited by law.
Check out
On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the room by 10.45 am at the latest.
You can check out until 11am at reception. If you want to extend, you can do so in consultation with our reception and pay the applicable rate.
Smoking
All hotel rooms and public areas in our hotel, Gastrobar and function rooms are non-smoking (unless otherwise indicated). If we discover that you have smoked in the hotel room and/or in another public area, we will charge you for cleaning costs. This may amount to up to € 150.00.
Alcohol and (soft)drugs
Alcohol abuse and trade in and use of (soft) drugs, including nitrous oxide or weed are prohibited. If this is found in your room and/or inside and around our premises, you will be asked to leave our hotel, Gastrobar and function room centre immediately.
Food and drink
You are not allowed to consume and/or bring your own food & drinks on our terrace or inside our premises. For hotel guests, a drink or refreshment in the room is allowed, provided it is not pizza, shoarma, chips, etcetera.
Showering in the room
Our fire alarms are sensitive to smoke, but also to steam. We therefore ask you to shower with the bathroom door closed. This is to avoid unnecessarily upsetting our other (hotel) guests by an unwanted fire alarm.
Noise pollution
Please do not make any noise on the hotel corridor or in your room between 23:00 and 07:00 in connection with the sleep of our other guests. On weekends, this applies between 00:00 and 08:00.
Besides the hotel, we also have a function room centre. This is rented out for parties and celebrations. Often at weekends. In that case, we make every effort to stop the music at 00.00 and have it quiet by 01.00 at the latest.
Found objects
Lost property please hand in at reception.
Video surveillance
There are cameras in various places within our hotel, Gastrobar and function rooms for your and our safety.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel room(s). Dogs are allowed on our terrace and in our Gastrobar.
Destruction
The infliction of damage and theft of inventory from our hotel, Gastrobar and function rooms will be charged to the perpetrator or jointly and severally liable person.
Prostitution
Prostitution is prohibited in our hotel.
Fire prevention
The use of candles in the hotel room is prohibited, as they immediately activate the fire alarm system. Telephone chargers and/or other power cords you bring with you should be removed from the socket at all times as soon as you leave the room. This is due to potential fire hazard.
Fire
In case of fire, always remain calm. Report fire to reception and/or punch the nearest manual fire alarm. In case of a general fire alarm, leave the premises immediately.
Clearance
The evacuation plans are posted in various places within our premises as well as on each hotel room door (inside). The assembly point is the car park at the back of the hotel Onder de Linden building. There you will be further informed by one of our FAFS officers.
Fire extinguishers
In case of improper use of fire extinguishers, an amount of at least €275 will be charged.
Privacy
During all circumstances, we respect your privacy. However, we are authorised to enter the room in case of `not observing our house rules' and, if necessary, to vacate the room and remove you from the hotel.
Liability
Hotel Onder de Linden is not responsible for loss or theft of your belongings. The management, the owner of this location and/or persons working for the hotel cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material or immaterial damage suffered by visitors to the location.
In conclusion
Cases and/or situations not provided for in this document will be decided by the management of hotel Onder de Linden.
