Our kitchen works with the seasons and local produce. Sauces and bases we make ourselves. Classics are given their own signature - not to be complicated, but because attention makes all the difference.
For example, the ham we serve comes from Flap, our neighbour across the street. Artisanally smoked, full of flavour and a tangible example of how close quality sometimes is. You taste the difference.
And then our Under the Linden satay - the satay we are known for.
Prepared from tender pork tenderloin, a deliberate choice for its tender texture and full flavour. Slow-cooked and served with our homemade sauce, this dish has been a firm favourite for years. Comfort with character. A runner-up to our schnitzels.
Our vegetarian dishes are also on the menu with conviction. And in season, you can taste the region in dishes featuring game and local produce.
